Delta Sonic has been leading my son on for 3 weeks about paying for the replacement side mirror for his car that was damaged in their car wash. They offered him a $120 Delta Sonic gift card. How does that fix the mirror? He got them an estimate. Then they agreed to pay for the repair. He had the repair done and went today to turn in his receipt. They told him that they will get back to him "soon." Avoid Delta Sonic!
Just spent $90.00 for a 3 month wax and 30 minute interior clean. Waited 40 minutes got my truck back with half the wax left on the truck and the interior was still dirty. Was ask what I wanted. Are you kidding me??? I would like my truck clean and not have half the wax on it. Please inbox me and I'll give you my number to contact me.
Always satisfied with the service. If they miss something, as soon as you point it out they'll fix it immediately.
I don't even want to give them 1 star! They sold us bad gas and it cost us over $400 in repairs and we have proof it was bad has and they still deny it. And they delete my bad reviews and posts on their Facebook page. What happened to freedom of speech? Delta sonic doesn't want anyone to know what they did! Now I've had to hire a lawyer and am suing delta Sonic and will include my lawyer fees. I have contacted Attorney General, local newspapers and ABC News. Don't go to Delta Sonic in Tinley Park!
