Over priced, poor cell service, no wifi, got stranded waiting for AAA, and wasted about an on dropped calls alone.
purchase the 10-minute interior wash and one hour later got in my car to find Dash still Dusty Windows streaky. it was worse than when I first brought it in. I should have known better since the last time the same thing happened. i spoke to a mgr and they said they would wipe down again, still streaky windows. maybe they should change rags instead of use the same one over and over. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait for a quick interior. That was 40 minutes ago. Still waiting in line of about 25 cars. It’s a free for all and the guy “in charge” of lining up the cars has no clue what he’s doing. Total chaos and idiocy! Fix your system and stop lying about wait times just to make another $20.
This place has horrible workers!!!! Most walk around in old worn out uniforms the girls all have messy hair... Too many people standing around looking confused. Then I decide to do the 30 minute interior today THEY DIDNT EVEN WIPE DOWN THE CENTER CONSOLE! I got in my car like what you guys dont wipe this part down? He did... And I pointed out all the little crumbs of tobacco ir whatever in the side of my door he didn't even wipe the whole center console or the door. Like why do you guys work there. The company in general has the WORST customer service imaginable. I have unlimited wash, interior and drink plans and have for years. The price of each gets raised every three months and God forbid you get a new vehicle because the transferring of plans is ALWAYS a fiasco. I’ll be canceling the unlimited plans in their entirety once I get off of the twenty minute hold I’ve been on. I’m done!
THIS LOCATION IS SO CROWDED DURING BUSY TIMES THAT I HAVE SEEN MORE THAN ONE ACCIDENT, VERY UNSAFE THERE.
