Paid for interior detail. Windows were not done and the seats were not vacuumed or steamed clean. Know they were busy so gave extra time to get what I paid for done. A blind man can do a better job.
been their two weeks in a row and the wash doesn't take dirt film off. the rain does a better job than delta sonic
Absolutely horrible, told me 1/2 wait, 1/2 hr interior, been here well over two and a half hours. And you say something they just look at you
30mins interior clean doesn’t even wipe your dashboard
I pay monthly for the unlimited car wash. I pull up today and the sensor wouldn’t pick up my tag. I flagged a guy down to help and he comes over acting like a complete ignorant jerk because he had to do his job and help a customer. Terrible customer service on this guys part. If you don’t like your job, then maybe you should consider a different profession!! I will never go back to this location because of this guys terrible customer service!!
RecommendedMaple road delta sonic the best!! My SUV immaculate! I always tip the workers anywhere from $2 to $5. $5 today for Christmas tip after they did my SUV !! Awesome job!!
i needed a brake light bulb. they charged $15 for the bulb and 1\2 hour of labor to put it in. $59.26 for one brake light bulb. never will go here again. it took 5 minutes to put the bulb in. they are a total rip off. Beware of Delta Sonic and ridiculous prices ZERO STARS.
Thanks for the amazing interior clean Delta; dirt & dust isn’t that hard to wipe & vacuum up! Could’ve done a better job myself at home 😑
