please avoid using this unprofessional real estates agency. 1. When I moved in the flat, the facilities are very old and easily happened problems when using them, then I reflected to responsible agent, they would find some excuses to refuse repair/request you compensate, e.g. you did not raise problems at move in date/tenant responsibility 2. they always finds different excuses to extra charge the tenant’s money, e.g. always said the flat is not clean enough to claim cleaning fee; when you move out the flat, they would claim... read more

avoid at all cost. cowboy illegal operations. they hid the fact that the flat is infested in mould. break every law and compliance out there. UK real estate is highly regulated on paper, but not in reality. takes 1 month to fix a broken washing machine, also attempt to hire cowboys to fix it. remember to read the small print about energy bills because they set the excess to less than average consumption so your bills are not really included. remember you dont need to pay them!!!
