My boat broke down nearby with a major oil leak. The only other boatyards in the area are both up 19 locks in either direction so had no choice but to contact Delta. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. He doesn't turn up when he says, fails to answer calls, calls potentially customers by rude names and complains about not wanting to do jobs. This chap Gary, owes me around £700. I was a one man business supplying stainless steel water tanks to many boat builders from 1997 to 2007, he was the only boat builders to default on paying me. He is a fraud, and a lier. He also went bankrupt to avoid his debts, and I believe his son took over as owner! I met his brother in Egypt some time ago, totally by accident. I am not sure where to begin, other than if minus stars could have been awarded the -5 would have been too generous. In January 2020, we purchased a 'Brand new boat' from Mr Ward. On the face of it it was and still is a very nice vessel. However, three days into our journey, moving it from Stratford to our Marina, it became very apparent that the 'brand new' oven fitted did not work. If you deliver here watch out they say they didn't recieve the parcel.....i had one yesterday!!
