Had an amazing lunch at the patio , the food was delicious!
AWESOME HOTEL! Loved the views of Toronto Harbor, Toronto Railway Museum, and the CN Tower next door! Within walking distance of Union Station and the entertainment district. The 46th Floor VIP Lounge was FANTASTIC with food available and an honor bar all day long! Very modern rooms with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. Got some GREAT PHOTOS from our room when the weather was cooperating. Would definitely stay at Delta Hotel every time we visit Toronto from now on!
Terrible customer service. Terrible check-in experience. And after being told by front desk that they would do something for our troubles. Nothing was done. Not even an apology. We were rudely told by an employee we need to understand from their point of view. We were treated terribly. We have stayed multiple times here. The Delta was always our first choice. Not any longer. We will not be back.

Great service! Loved the bedding and pillows. Super comfy! Downtown near a lot of things to do! The only reason I give this hotel a 4 is due to the lighting. For the ladies who like to do their make up when getting ready the lighting is dreadful. It's the cheap orange bulb lighting, not the best for primping. My fiancé agreed when he was shaving. Also our room faced a office building and I'm pretty sure if the curtains were open they could see right in the room. So privacy was hard to get.

Amazing hotel. The staff was fantastic. Concierge Emmanuel made my stay so special. The front desk were top notch. The restaurant a must try. The club floor (located on the 46th floor) as one of the best view in the city. The pool and fitness centre is fantastic. I also live that the hotel is connected to the Path (underground city, train, subway...) the rooms are modern and well appointed. I will definitely stay here. One of the best hotel in Canada.
