Great location close to everything the only thing was missing as 4star hotel is there's no mini fridge in the room

My friends and I had planned a suprise birthday weekend for our husbands and the Delta played a major part in the suprise. We were able to check them in early, add some essentials to their room and David. J (concierge) was so amazing at helping us girls make the planned suprises continue without a hitch. Fantastic modern Hotel - beautiful views on every floor, modern amenities, charging for all your gadgets, with connections to the TV. Definitely will stay again!
Very modern and up scale . Very clean . Great location for any events in DT Toronto . 3 minute walk to a supermarket , 3 minute walk to a gym .
Whoever puts your lobby playlist should be given a raise or a promotion, as should Keren @ front desk & Gary at char no.5 excellent stay
Front desk girl was fantastic. The whole place was just so nice. Looks like it would be uptight & snooty, but total opposite. Wife & I were there March from SW MISSOURI. Easy choice for us if we return to Toronto. To us actually everyone was very nice compared to home.
