Absolutely amazing higher level of customer service! The team is very personable. They made every effort to attend to my questions and took it further by checking my reservation met my request. UPDATE: a good friend told me "it's a completely different experience". MAN!! She was absolutely right!! Every single "t" was crossed and every single "I" was dotted with the most exquisite detail. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and they have all been nice- Delta Hotel Toronto however goes beyond that. A fantastic, modern blend of quality and comfort and in a great location means that you have everything you could need for either business or pleasure. It's an impressive place to stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Try it , you won't be disappointed. Most expensive 15 mins to park anywhere - $30 per 15 mins...brutal!
Beautiful hotel. Great room service food and I appreciated the free upgrade to a suite. Near Rogers Centre and other downtown things. About 30 minutes from international airport.
Loved the friendly staff, very comfortable, clean rooms and the restaurant bar options.
Good hotel. Doesn't nickel and dime to death and common services still in place. Friendly staff from start to finish.
Beautiful hotel, wonderful friendly staff. 2nd stay here and it's just as good as the first. Staying in a corner king room with a great soaker tub overlooking the lake. Free wifi is plenty fast. First time dining at Soco this time and quite enjoyed the burger! Food vouchers in return for opting for the Eco friendly housekeeping is a really nice touch.

What can I say. The Delta Toronto is a great hotel. Location, hotel and what views. The staff are amazing. Went above and beyond trying to locate my son's lost and found item. Would highly recommend it!
