New and conveniently located hotel right in the middle of downtown Toronto, right beside the CN Tower. Great rooms with a gorgeous view.
Nice, new hotel. Tastefully decorated. Upscale look and feel. However, all that is secondary to the quality and friendliness of the staff. I have never felt as valued as a customer, as the Delta Toronto made me feel. A special Thank You to Tiffany who was wonderful checking me in, and Daniel, my bartender, who lent an ear for my woes. Definitely on the list again when traveling to Toronto. Well done!!!

An incredible hotel at really good rates, topped only by their brilliantly attentive yet not in your face hotel team. All mod cons in our room and an unrivalled view of the CN Tower. Excellent jacuzzi and pool facilities which made for a relaxing hour before heading to the bar! Will definitely visit again.

First night of many that will be spent here this week. An hour prior to arrival, I had called the hotel to switch my room from a king size to 2 queen room due to some unforeseen circumstances and the staff (Hanting) made it happen within a matter of minutes! Mind you, the hotel is completely booked. The hotel is nice and beautiful, but the service makes it that much more accommodating. This has to be the friendliest hotel staff I've ever encountered and I'm always traveling. I will definitely be returning.
