The amazing hotel staff at the brand new Delta left my son an awesome birthday surprise in our room while we were out shopping. A piece of chocolate cake, 2 root beer, (a bottle of wine & a bottle of Steam Whistle for me & my husband) to celebrate my sons bday!! Arriving at the hotel the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We are here for our 25th Anniversary. Heading to the musical Once tonight then Jays game tomorrow. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very conveniently located in the downtown core. We will definitely be staying here again. We opted for the green stay which means we declined housekeeping services for our 2 night stay which in turn we opted to support a Canadian Forest Restoration Project and having a tree planted in our name. Outstanding service and hospitality!! The staff from check in were super fun to joke around with, lounge staff we exceptionally attentive. Overall a great experience and will be back again!!
Modern, clean, well appointed hotel, superbly located with a wonderful little Whiskey bar. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'll be staying there again when next I'm in Toronto.
