From, the offset Waldemar was very polite and courteous when he arrived at my house. He surveyed the current boiler and checked the water pressure by using a special tool. He then advised me of my options as to which boiler would be best for the needs. I went for the Valliant 36kw. On the day itself Waldemar arrived with his team and they were very polite and professional. Simon in particular was very mindful of my little kitty as she was scared of hearing the noise.
