Extremely rude customer service and made it extremely difficult to check in to our flight. We booked with Virgin, but the flight was operated by Delta. We were there over 3 hrs early and at check in they had a issue checking in my bags that I had prepaid for. The manager that dealt with our bag issue was nice, but the employee at the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful, even rolling his eyes when the issue wasn’t our fault. Absolutely my worst experience ever! Bad customer service. Unhelpful crew . Our flight was supposed to take of at 10:00 but the flight was late almost one and half hour because they had more passengers then the available seats and they were offering gift card of 500 dollars with flight at the sametime the next day, Ridiculous. Food was bad🤢. The behavior of cabin crew was also unprofessional.

I arrived at the check-in at Orlando International to find my return flights for my wife and I had been cancelled. No previous warning and no explanation. The check-in lady could only suggest I buy 2 new tickets at a cost of $2,000. A very stressful end to my holiday and no conclusion from Delta Air. I won't be using them again after such a poor customer service.
