Office staff are rude! Today is move out day and maintenance tried coming in to paint even though we are not moved out yet, thankfully my roommate was there to stop them. I called office to make sure they wouldn't attempt again today and was told (for the first time) we had until 6 to be out and turn in keys or we would be charged for another day. Apartment house are good. But you will see animal pops are everywhere. People take out the pets, but they don't clean that. Management doesn't take any initiative on that. Again, Trash management is too bad. I think they should take more initiative to make the area clean.

Leasing office never responds to residents, they have not responded to our dryer being broken for over 5 days. The front gate is constantly broken and the trash piles up at the dumpster in front of the community. This place is a dump and far from luxurious. Do not rent here!
Terrible property, management and maintenance. They don't care. The A/C has been broken in my apartment for over 5 days and all they say is waiting for a part. The unit is unlivable. The units are old, they don't know how to manage and repair items properly. For example there was a crack on the corner of the wall and to fix it they unsed bathtub caulking and painted right over it! They didnt even use joint compound,let it dry, sand then paint. Butcher jobs! Stay Away...believe me.
Garbage is always overflowing. Maintenance takes days to respond to work orders. When they do, they use the cheapest approach possible. My ac has been broken for about two weeks. They cone and say that they've fixed it, yet it is still broken. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE, watch your step!!! Undesirable individuals come in and pick through the garbage. There are drug baggies and nitrous cans all over the property. Do not move here it is an overpriced ghetto!!!
