absolute trash. Just got done speaking to the manager Felicia about the amenities we're PAYING for being closed when the whole city is re-opening and they are of no help. This place is a complete joke. the pools have been closed 6 out of the 8 months i've lived here PRE corona virus. Waste of money, and management is extremely RUDE
Recommendedfive stars is not enough to show how happy I am with axis of Delray especially in regards to the property manager ms.felicia the staff makes you feel at home ms.felicia has always been a great help and you'll be in great hands if you work with her.I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live

Loved living here, and the management are a huge help!
When my water heater burst. I called the emergency maintenance line and left a message. In about 5 minutes maintenance called back and was at my house in 30 minutes, while there was a hurricane approaching. He install a new water heater on the spot.
i plan on moving in to Delray Verana in March of 2019. Suzanna in the Office has been wonderful . She always answers the phone and is always so very pleasant and helpful. She adjusted our move in date do i would not have to stay in a hotel for a few nights. I am not there yet, but, am definitely looking forward to it.
It’s a nice apartment complex and very close to fau :)
