I really enjoy living here! My apartment sliding doors and windows could definitely use some soundproofing and the amenities could be nicer, but my overall experience has been good.
Love it here I have been heee 5 year with no complaints. A++++++

Don't answer messages on Facebook Messenger, such a pity. Got 2 phone calls apologizing that they missed my post. Have had a chat with them now. All sorted and we busy moving in.
Never respond to residents. I requested work orders but they never returned my calls. I had to walk into the office in person. They never say sorry. And they are not prepared for the hurricanes. You will have to sleep in your raft during the hurricane or run away somewhere during the hurricane season. I get that they don't care about residents but it's their own property. Don't they want to protect their property? I don't get it. There are gates so I thought it's gated community. But gates are broken or open for 24 hours so ... read more
My experience has been very good so far. Except for a few things that haven't been fixed in a timely manner, I can't complain. I would recommend to any friend of mine living here :)
We have lived here since January in the townhouses- 1645#J. Love our 2-story 2BR 2-1/2 Bath floorplan. Our place with lake frontage is wonderful and quiet. Neighbors seem work and family-focused and respectful. Nice tennis courts and pool- which we use frequently. Maintenance is quick to respond and effecient. The grounds are well-maintained and clean excepting the dumpster/broken compactor regretfully right in our front entry. All in all, we consider ourselves blessed. We love Delray Verana
