Horrendous experience. Rude, bad attitude, acted like he might not want to do the job he was booked for, previously described in detail to the lady who books his jobs prior to booking. That was when he eventually arrived like a diva, 90 minutes late after claiming he had turned up on time and rung the bell repeatedly and even claimed he tried phoning. I was searching for a traditional window cleaner after a few firms, using brush extenders and ‘magic water’, had left me underwhelmed. Dells were excellent. On time, friendly and thorough in their work. Beautiful clean windows and frames are the result. I will not hesitate to use them again.
