Really disappointed. Have used dellar services for a few years now, always had great communication, and great service from them. This year, was told I would receive quote in a set time, and told the work could be fitted in before a certain date. Never heard back, and never responded to any emails/messages sent. Really disappointed, if you don't want the work, just communicate that, not a problem. Two stars given because previous years have been great. Don't know what's happened this year.
Easy to book through Facebook. A price and date was agreed with Sam. The 3 person team arrived on schedule and did an excellent job in half a day. They trimmed and tidied 12 conifers taking removed branches away. Our garden and the gardens of our 2 neighbours that were impacted were left tidy. Recommended.
Have used the services of Dellar for over 3 years - they removed massive conifers and stumps from the garden, and cut my hedges annually. A professional team. Highly recommended!
