Wish there was a Lower rating Went there the other day with son in law who wanted to trade his truck for a Nice used Tacoma. His truck was 2012 Silverado The sales Person was very good HOWEVER when he went in the back to get numbers he came back with a maybe 5--7 K as trade in Value ( HUGE INSULT) .. Not Once was son in law asked if there was any money down along with his trade. I was not even asked or offered a chair to sit down. The salesman was helpful but the manager was a hard sale person Trying to sell me stuff I told them I do not want. I got a good price on the car but the dealership was a real let down for me.i left feeling like I should have walked out. Also the salesman told me I had 100000 warranty then when I go to buy it is only 60000 .Also I have owned 6 Toyota vars and truck my wife has owned 4 Toyotas .
Ron brunelle was absolutely the most down to earth salesman you could ask for, he was fun and very enjoyable to work with. He answered every question I had, did everything to make sure I was able to pick up my truck when I wanted to. It was very refreshing to have a salesman who was not just a salesman. And I have had nothing but compliments about the truck, I love it. Thank you ron, and I hope your still around when I'm looking for another vehicle. Della your lucky to have a guy like ron.
