This is the first time I have not cleaned my car before taking it in for servicing. The reason - Because every other time the mats start out clean and end up with grease all over them. What ever happened to placing paper mats down when the car is being serviced? It's frustrating to have to scrub grease after my car is serviced. That is my only complaint re: the service department. Please purchase some paper mats and use them.
I service my vehicle at Della Toyota because I receive such great care while I am there! Polite and knowledgeable staff, quick and accurate service, who could ask for more? Thanks again!!!

Was very Pleased with the commitment to making the customer happy. They were able to close a lease deal within a day at a monthly payment with no money down within my terms. They were able to close the deal reimbursing my last payment on existing lease. Very satisfied at the expediency and professionalism of the Staff!
