I would not recommend buying a car from this place. Our salesperson was not professional and he had no idea what he was doing. They were going to let us drive home a vehicle with a baby and not know if the issue with it was fixed. I also had to call because our registration expired and didn't receive the new one, only to be treated very rude and told it was sitting in their office. As long as they get your money, they don't care about the customer after. If I could put 0 starts I would.
My 4Runner needed a neutral safety switch, and when I called the earliest appointment they had was August 14th, but I brought it to the dealership on July 30th, and I was called on August 6th to let me know that it was set to go!! I love Della, they have been nothing but fantastic...from sales, to helping us out after our house fire (lost keys), to service! Lifetime customer!!
Just had my 100,000 mile oil change and over all check of my Prius V. Jesse did an amazing job of explaining everything that was checked out and what is recommended proactively to keep the vehicle running smoothly. I was quite impressed with his in depth explanation with attention to detail and explanations (when needed) of how the engine, brakes etc actually work and why certain services are recommended.
Jesse in service department was exceptional in his position , very fortunate to have him as part of Della employee.
If you want a hassle free buying experience with top shelf service, do a little homework on the car you want, then go see Jared and Mitch at Della Toyota. Jared is knowledgeable, easy going, and totally transparent throughout the process.
