I had a tricky electrical problem with my 2015 Tacoma the service crew at Della were persistent and fixed the problem and treated me well during the experience. I was kept informed all the way through the process And drove away happily
They have a good and friendly service staff and the sales people are great.

This is my 2nd Rav4 I've purchased from Della Toyota Plattsburgh through the same Sales Rep. I receive notifications when my Toyota Care service is due. I am able to make the appointment on-line and receive a reminder a couple of days in advance. The service department is friendly, respectful, communicates the details and most importantly completes it quickly and correctly. It is a quality, clean facility with quality people.

I just had the HVAC fan motor replaced on a recall. Thanks very much, the service was great as usual. You have to love Toyota.
Sales and service were excellent.
Staff very friendly and helpful. I went in for my 15,000 mile check and was very happy from beginning to end, pleasantly greeted, wait time was as told, explanation of work done and things checked, and Jesse Ralph was great. He is a great asset to Toyota.
