RecommendedWe recently purchased our 5th vehicle from Della and the last 3 were from John Peacock. I went in on a Wednesday to test drive a new vehicle and Friday I brought it home! John was helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy. He worked with us to find exactly what would work with our family and budget. He answered my emails immediately an was able to make a meeting with me with an hours notice. We love Della and the service they provide. We could not be happier and look forward to continuing our business in the future.
they sell extra coverage then when it's time to collect, they don't cover or return the money they stole from their customers, instead when they make a post they delete their post and block them from any other post of getting the truth of their incompetence! terrible business move!

I had great reviews for these guys until it was time to act on what I was told when buying my vehicle, do not buy extra coverage it is a RIP off! they lie to get you to buy and then don't stand up to what they tell you! you want a great deal got to heritage Toyota that's where I bought my first they were outstanding, I only wanted to buy here because it was closer, but with all the traveling to Vermont wasn't so bad now. think twice people before shopping here!
I just purchased a car at Della Toyota and my experience there left a lot to be desired. Jon Munnik, the salesperson I worked with, was friendly and helpful with helping me to find the vehicle that I decided to purchase. Since I was going to wire funds from my bank to purchase the vehicle, I asked for the information I needed to be able to do that.
