I highly recommend DELLA Toyota! I went to test drive a new tundra on Monday - They were kind enough to let me have it for an hour to check the fit in my garage. The sales consultant Jon Peacock was incredibly friendly and in no way a pushy sales person. In about 3.5hrs from the time of test drive I was leaving the lot with my brand new truck. My boyfriend and I went in to look at a truck and worked with Alex. Alex was wonderful to work with and so was Mitch. Service was completed today in a fast and professional manner. Staff were great and thoroughly went over what was completed and due next. Great Job Della!
Had an issue on my initial visit to the service department with my Sienna van. Left pretty unhappy. Without going into a lot of detail, let’s just say - they made it right! They restored my confidence in their customer satisfaction goals.
