Really Great -- although I was prepared to wait for a bit because of some scheduling issues -- they were able to get me in quickly -- find the problem -- and fix it in no time at all. VERY Pleased with everyone's professionalism. . .
Cashed a $2000 check from us that we gave them to ‘hold’ the vehicle and now giving us the run around to give us OUR money back!! NEVER signed any paperwork!! There was NO deal!! Going on 2 weeks and now no one will pick up the phone when we call. I’ve never dealt with anything like this!! NEVER stepping foot in that place again! Would NOT recommend them to anyone! I went to Della last Saturday with the intention of leasing a vehicle from one of their franchises (very convenient that they are all located next to each other.) Della has always treated me with the utmost professionalism. I have bought three vehicles from them, two brand new, and one used, and continue to get a used vehicle that I bought from someone else serviced at their establishment as well. Keep up the good work.
I can't talk about the sales department but I can say that the service department goes above and beyond. They were running late when I brought in my Rav4 for its 10,000 mile check up. The staff drove me to the mall so that I could complete my errands and then picked me up when I requested. I had wanted a car wash but their automatic wash was frozen so they hand washed it for me. Della is really wonderful. Thought I had a problem with brakes, and they diagnosed the problem... snow tires. These people are very thorough, and I'm so pleased!
