The Service Department is Top Notch! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Very happy customer!
Checked in for regular service , when they found 2 leaks that are covered under warranty, Since I was so close to the end of that warranty, they came up with a solution that made me so happy, Truck got fixed under warranty and I still was able to keep a appointment for a doc in VT . Thanks to the Service Dept staff for helping keep this 20 year customer Happy! You Rock!
Thanks to Ron Brunelle for a pleasant buying experience with my "new to me" 2001 toyota 4runner (which is in amazing condition and a lucky find in this area!) Also a big thanks for the service team which handled the major upgrade work I wanted done with the speed of a pit crew! I'll be back to do more business with Della in the future.
Della Toyota has always been a great place to have my car serviced. Never had an issue with the customer service, the people are friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. The mechanics do great work and the prices and reasonable. I will continue to go there and recommend them for your service needs.
First off, I did not purchase my Tundra from Della. I wanted to, but I was under time constraints. I say this because I have experienced being put on a "B list" for service from other dealership(s) before when my Toyota was not purchased from said dealer. Not so with Della Toyota. I have been doing business with Della Toyota for the past few years, and they have always treated me very well. The work is always done on time, and as quoted. Wonderful dealership!
Jeremy Dowler is a professional. He was very informative & a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying process enjoyable, rather than stressful. I am in love with my new car! If anyone is considering leasing or purchasing a new vehicle, I recommend you call Jeremy!
The staff is very friendly and professional. I generally wait while my Prius is being serviced and enjoy the tv, popcorn and free wifi. I definitely will buy another vehicle there .
Della Toyota is, by far, the best dealer ever!!! Went to Della with the idea of purchasing one particular model, and left with a totally different model which I love... Della sends text MSGS to remind you to make an appt and will not let you forget about your commitment... in other words, I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Della Toyota... very nice and accommodating and very friendly!!! I have recommended Della to my friends anDC family... Chris Saroj was my contact and the person who took care of me.
Wasn't sure what I was going to do but had a few vehicles in mind but after checking out there RAV4 and talking w/ Chris Saroj the salesman , I definitely knew I was purchasing the RAV4. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He was there for me and my needs on what I was looking for. Thanks Toyota for ur wonderful staff and ur great vehicles �
