We took our 2017 Impreza to Della for routine 18k mile maintenance, as well as an alignment check and tire rotation, just over two weeks ago and were told everything looked good. This past weekend my wife and daughter drove to Massachusetts to visit relatives and they noticed a sound coming from under the car when braking, so they took the car to Planet Subaru in Hanover, MA. I have bought my last 3 cars in VT, because the customer service at Plattsburgh auto dealers was awful. I was so surprised to have such an easy and pleasant experience at Della Subaru! Shay and Mary were friendly, quick to respond, and easy to work with. They were also very family friendly. They gave my little ones books, toys and crayons to occupy them during the process. I would highly recommend them!
