We found Shae to be very knowledgeable and very helpful. She knows her Subarus and if there is something she can't answer, she owns it and will get you the answer. She worked very hard to get us a deal but we still declined in the end. No fault of hers at all. I honestly WANTED to buy a car from her, but we're just not entirely fond of Subarus.
