RecommendedI highly recommend Della Subaru. It was a very laid back, relaxing buying experience. My salesman was Andrew, very friendly, the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful, low pressure, and easy experience with Shae Lynn buying our new Ascent. We love Subarus and are excited to upgrade to a 7 passenger vehicle from our Forester (which we loved). I had a very easy and relaxing experience purchasing my new Ascent from Della, well as relaxing as one can get making a big purchase...lol. I knew what I wanted and Chase was willing to work with me on what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. This is my first Subaru and hopefully the vehicle and service will be as good as the sales team was with me. Thank you Chase for walking me through and answering my questions. By the way Chase, you have my kids and granddaughters approvals on the vehicle.
I messaged chase inquiring about if they had any Used Mazda 6’s they may have on lot. I came in and learned that they did not have any, although he showed me a strong alternative. After me being picky he was actually able to find a Mazda in Queensbury that fit perfectly to what I was looking for, and the next day it was up in Plattsburgh for me to test drive and see. went in to drive with a paper for a gift card. told them what i wanted and prices too high. never got gift card but another della dealer made the deal on a new vehicle. empty promises at Subaru
Bought a car from McBride Subaru 1 year ago. The customer service at Della Subaru is not the same. The customer service is what gets people to continue the relationship for future purchases and services. Della does not honor the McBride customers like they should.
