RecommendedCasey and the whole service department are amazing!! We have 3 Subarus and they always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of without over charging us. My husband does somethings himself and they do not push us on those items to make sales. I appreciate that, but they do also tell us when things need attention. Alesha Bailey was my sales person. She did a wonderful job showing me the appropriate vehicles as per my needs. She is super informative and is a no pressure atmosphere. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. Go see her, she will get you in a great vehicle with a smile! It was a smooth process! We’ve been a part of the Subaru family for over a decade... moved from the Outback to the Forester with thanks to the great team at Della Subaru in Plattsburgh! Alesha B was a great salesperson. She knew everything there was to know about the car, and made sure I knew as well before I drove my new car off the lot..... My only complaint about the experience was her office area felt sterile because there was nothing personal... we think of Subaru like family... their offices should reflect the same.

Extremely grateful for the awesome service department. My battery died today and the nice woman (Audrey I think was her name) was able to get my car in and the battery was switched out so quick. Not sure who changed my battery but thank you !
Della Subaru was, by far, our best car buying experience! This was our first Subaru so had many questions, which Kara answered . Kara even took us outside in frigid temps to explain everything under the hood and inside the car. Once we made the purchase, she sat in the car with us and explained the dashboard etc. She wasn't going to let us drive away until we had no further questions.
