Lady from meat section is soooo rude
Every time I go there, there is some very rude members of staff , hardly smile or even don’t say byeyou after you shopped there… I asked one of them if that’s the real price for a lavazza coffee pack 8£ something and the lady said yes , it’s an expensive coffee, oh I am sorry you go to Tesco ,Asda any other grocery shop and it’s maximum 6£ What bothered me was the disgust on the face of one of their staff memebers… I was shocked , as a customer I have the right to ask if the price is a mistake , as is my money and I will spe... read more

Już kiedyś byłam świadkiem jak kobieta na dziale mięsnym była nie miła dla klienta ( również od innych słyszałam ta opinie) , a dziś trafiło na mnie. Już myślałam, że się zmieniła ale niestety nie. Jak ktos pracuje na siłę to może nie powinien pracować z ludźmi. Po co sobie psuć dzien. Tracicie tylko klientów przez taką obsługę. Sklep fajnie wyposażone ale przez tą osobę- odradzam!
I’m not polish but I love this shop and often get my bread from here as it is absolutely delicious. They have an excellent choice of herbs, snacks, sausages, cheeses and bread that you wouldn’t find in normal UK supermarkets. I sometimes use my smartphone to translate things from polish, but I don’t mind that as it feels like an authentic polish shopping experience
