Doctors. assistants and supportive personals are all nice, professional, and efficient
Dr. Azim and staff are excellent and provide first rate care. We have been patients for a few years and the care has been consistently good. As the practice has grown everyone seems to be more in a rush, however they do take the time needed.
The staff and service is outstanding.
The staff is very caring and very aware of their patients. You know how in many offices, you are waiting alone in your little operatory or exam room and wonder “did they forget me?” There were several times that a staff person checked in and asked “are you doing ok?” “ how are you doing?” Dr Al-Sabek was competent and worked as efficiently as possible, knowing that his patients would rather be somewhere else. I was anxious about my first visit, but Dr. Djukic and her assistant were patient and kind. I was very happy with my examination and will continue with the East Erie Dental group for my dental treatments.
Dr. Djukic is very thorough and always makes sure to review/know your dental history. Shannon, one of the hygienists, is helpful and has a soft touch.
