I have been a dental patient at East Erie Dental for 4 years. This office is very timely with their appointments as scheduled. I have great trust in Dr. Azim and Dr. Cheng. They are well staffed with knowledgeable and caring people. They work closely with dental insurance companies.
I was looking for a new dentist in the city, and I found East Erie Dental through a friend. I called for my first appointment, and they were able to get me in quickly. They sent me an email to fill out the initial forms, and I was able to complete all the information prior to arrival. The people were very friendly, and the office was modern, including a back massager in the chair. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I've already referred East Erie Dental to my wife and another friend.
I called for an emergency visit due to a cracked crown. Dr. Azim made time to fit me in the same day. I continue to be impressed with her skills, professionalism, and thoughtfulness!
Dr. Cheng is textbook and he prepared me for my bridge within an hour. I thought what I felt he had to do would have taken 2 to 3 hours! I was shocked!
I’m very happy and satisfied with the results of my tooth extraction. Dr. Parker did an excellent job!
