My son had a sudden toothache and the scheduling staff was able to promptly fit him into their schedule for an x-ray and consultation. It went very smooth, and the assistant was very warm and friendly! The dentist took the time to review the problem on the x-ray, and explained treatment. The Dentist at East Erie Dental are wonderful! They are very professional and they explain every procedure in detail. They try their best to minimize the pain. What I really appreciate is, the most time I have ever waited past my scheduled appointment is 10-15 minutes. But most times I'm taken to a room immediately. If they are running behind, which is rare, they let you know. The dental staff is also very nice and helpful! Great place for the care of your teeth
I had a problem with a sore gum. My concern was an abscess, so I had to get in quickly. East Erie scheduled me the next day. Dr. Djukic listened very carefully to my symptoms, asked good questions, and formulated a comprehensive diagnostic approach to identify the problem. It turned out that I did not have an abscess, but Dr. Djukic had suggestions as to how to treat the symptoms. I have been getting my teeth cleaned at East Erie Dental since September 2020. I'm so so happy and thankful to be in such great hands with Shannon and Dr. Azim!
