I was staying at a hotel in Chicago on business when, at 6 a.m., I bit into a baguette and snapped off a tooth. Some quick Google research led me to East Erie Dental, the first of the emergency dentists to respond to my call of distress. They got me an 11 a.m. appointment, were very patient when I forgot to bring the broken tooth and had to go to my hotel to retrieve. I have worked with Dr. Djukic as her dental assistant before and have keenly observed that she always does an excellent job with all of her patients. So when I needed a filling to be done, I specifically asked for her to do it--she's still the same, excellent as always. I am very satisfied with the work done on my tooth!
It was absolute wonderful. Let me do a list: The Hygenist - awesome. She ROCKED. Very knowledgeable The x-ray technician...thorough. Made sure every pic was correct, even if she had to repeat. The young lady at the front desk. So nice. So personable as well as professional. She was very welcoming and worked with a lot of enthusiasm. Now this completes my first visit with East Erie. And let me tell you, as I said earlier I am eager to return. I will let all my family and friends know to reach out to East Erie for any dental work.

Everyone on staff is respectful, competent, and efficient, from the front desk to dental technicians, dentists, and the payment desk. They give the impression of "we're here to help you" rather than "we're here to milk as much $ as possible from you". They make sure all issues are addressed and the patient is as comfortable as possible. Procedures are fully explained and all questions are addressed without the patient feeling rushed to get done so the next patient can fill the chair.
