Professional, competent and compassionate care. The three root canals I have had at East Erie were painless.
The dentist was very concerned if I was experiencing any pain and he and his staff rapidly completed the instillation of my permanent crown.
Another visit where everyone exhibits professionalism, courtesy and respect. Excellent service.
Dr. Azim and the rest of her staff are great to work with. She's very knowledgeable but will bring in others when she needs to, a characteristic I appreciate. Her staff are always very personable and helpful. Most of all, I get great dental care and my teeth look and feel great!
I feel very fortunate that I found East Erie on my first shot of finding a dentist once I had moved to Chicago. They are very friendly and honest about what treatments are necessary or not. The space is very clean and I've never had to wait long at all to be seen.
Lisa gave me the most pain-free cleaning I've ever had. Phew! What a relief.
I’ve had my teeth cleaned before but this tech was a little rough. They did t remind me that eating later would feel different. I didn’t even get a lollipop. Nice office though.

20 years ago I experienced an anomaly in a dental procedure in another city that literally stopped my heart for 60 seconds until the oral surgeon & anesthesiologist could get it restarted. I never walked into a dentist office until today. Lisa, the dental hygienist was sensitive to my anxiety & she had to work hard. The dentist was kind and thoughtful.
