I called in with a chipped tooth from the spacer of my braces. I was worried because I had tooth sensitivity and thought I had damaged the nerve. They set me up with a same day appointment and took me in right away. They worked quickly. It also helped that they did this in the times I was quoted, so i was able to get back to work on time. :)
Appointment was handled in a timely manner by a knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I am the definition of a nervous patient. After a few bad dentists I hadn't been to one in years and the very idea of one made my palms sweat. I was not having it! As a first time patient who hadn't been to the dentist in a long time, I was nervous about trying a new place. I was happily surprised to be greeted by such warm staff. My personal hygienist Lisa was amazing, reassured me the whole way through and put me at ease. I would highly recommend a place like East Erie.
