Super attentive from the time you step in the door until you leave. Very thorough.
I came in thinking the assistant was the dentist because she was so thorough and gentle during the cleaning. She always checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. Then the dentist cam in and she explained everything to me in a way I understand. Even the biller was able to accomodate me the next day for an emergency root canal. I am so happy I found them!
I love my dentist and dental Office
I called with a toothache and the scheduling department gave me next day and was very nice. I immediately received an email and could fill out all the paperwork online which is very nice not to have to do it at the office. I was in a very bad mood the day of my appointment yet the receptionist still smiled at me, the dental assistant still smiled and maintained a upbeat attitude and the doctor was absolutely phenomenal. The service at Erie Dental is the best. My teeth are very thin so over the years I have had many issues. One thing I can count on is for them to make the right decision about my dental health. I really appreciate the care that they give and the concern that they show.
