Everybody in East Erie dental office are very polite & kind & ready to do their best to their patient. Dr. Azim always very kindly listen to me & help me even on her very busy days that she has. Today doctor Shaffiei was with me. She was so nice. I didn't feel any pain with her several injection. I do recommend everybody in my family & friends East Erie office. They are the best.
As someone who is nervous to go to the dentist, I can very highly recommend East Erie Dental. They provide excellent dental care, and their staff is amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, and they explain each step of every process.
No wait time at all, super calming office environment, & the dentist was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and concerns with a smile! I was in and out in under an hour.
I Hated Dentists...Since Childhood Always Bad Experiences, But This Time Around I Have These The Details On Their Procedures , The Customers Comfort Level, And Any Questions Professionally. Also They Aware Of The Covid 19 And Ask Questions About Yourself PLUS They Sterilize Everything Before a Client Comes In.
I really don’t look forward to going to the dentists office, but Dr. Akbar, her dental hygienist Nija (I’m totally spelling that wrong, my apologies), the front desk, and woman who just started working there who checked me out, were all amazing today. My appointment time got screwed up, they had me down for 4 PM and I had 3:20 PM, but no one made a big deal about it and they accommodated me.
