I can't recommend Delamere more highly. I have just spent a truly life-changing month, learning more about myself and my behaviours. Like most people I entered feeling apprehensive, but from the minute I arrived all the staff treated me with courtesy and respect. This wasn't just the therapists and mentors (shout out to Mark and Adam) but also the 'behind the scenes' team. I could start by making a list of all the positives about my time spent at Delamere but realise the list would be endless. Having made my decision that life needed to change for me Delamere was my first choice and I truly feel the best decision I have ever made in my life. I cannot rate Delamere highly enough. I was very nervous entering rehab for the first time but from the moment we drove into the clinic I was treated with the utmost care and respect. The clinical team were absolutely fantastic. Everybody knew my name before I’d even had a chance to meet them. The team on night shifts were especially amazing. Life changing experience, I cannot fault one thing from my experience at Delamere. From the care team, to the mentors to the programme itself everything was done to perfection and I felt relaxed and at ease from the start. Would seriously recommend to anyone who’s thinking about making some serious life changes. Thanks to everyone at Delamere who made my experience ! One I will never forget x
