First all let me start by saying that I was very satisfied with Del Sol Roofing customer service: First, when I called for my estimate they send you a roofing specialist and they are very knowledgeable. They offer many options, from credit card, to Financing!!!! Do not use this roofing company.I just paid for a brand new roof and I now have the worst looking roof in the neighborhood.There are giant waves all over my roof.Everybody that comes over makes a comment about how the new roof is not straight.The only way to fix it would be to tear out the roof again so of course they won't fix it.I just have to hope that a hurricane comes through and blows off my roof
We purchased a bank owned (REO) property that had multiple roof leaks. Del Sol provided the best price to replace the entire roof. Del Sol provided excellent customer service and did a fantastic job with the roof. I have recommend their services to numerous family and friends. As a construction litigation attorney, I deal with many contractors and subcontractors and Del Sol is definitely one of the most honest and professional contractors out there.
Del Sol Roofing replaced my entire roof of approx. 2000 SF. From the estimate process to obtaining final inspections, they were professional and more importantly, the quality of their work was perfect. The job was done within two weeks.
After inquiring various roofing companies, DelSol had the best customer service. Their prices were very reasonable. They were very professional and knowledgable. I JUST HAD MY CONCRETE TILE ROOF PUT ON BY DEL SOL. WHAT A TERRIFIC OUTFIT. FROM DAY ONE TO COMPLETION, GREAT SERVICE. QUICK TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. Del Sol has reroofed a few commercial properties for us. They are true proffesionals, always keep their promise and jobs are completed as scheduled. Clean up after the completion is excellent. I recommend this company to anyone without hesitation
