Del Sol Roofing, quality work, good customer service, excellent workmanship and fast service. All work is backed and Warranty.
Poor customer service. I signed a contract for a new roof October 1 and have had to chase them constantly to provide a copy of the permit application for my homeowners insurance to get an extension. It is October 29 and I still do not have it though promised that I would. Now I will miss a deadline. Very unprofessional. I am thoroughly unhappy with this company.

Good morning, this is not accurate information, Mrs. ****** lives in a homeowner association which requires an approval before I can submit a permit to Miami Dade building department. We have been in communication with her at all time requesting mentioned document, until late afternoon on October 28 we received her approval. First I will like to add to this complaint, insurance companies provides plenty of time to the homeowners to plan accordingly any improvements needed it. Our relationship with Del Sol roofing dates back to 10 years ago when they did a magnificent job on a shingle roof at the time. We were so impressed that we called them again to re do a flat roof, shingle roof and wood fascia and siding in 2020. Del Sol roofing did an amazing job!! VERY skillful workers / carpenters worked in unison not only on our flat roof and shingle roof but also they did an amazing job on wood fascia and soffit!!! Best roofers in Miami. Del Sol personnel were extremely professional from the initial estimator to the workers who replaced my roof. The office workers made it an easy process and I will calling Del Sol the next time I need roofing help.
Javier at Del Sol roofing was able to solve my problems. I was in a tremendous bind trying to complete small repairs as a part of a home sale process. This was post Hurricane Irma and roofers could not be found in Miami. I had done my roof with Del Sol, and since I was a client, they moved mountains for me and made it happen. Many thanks to Javier and the Del Sol Roofing Team.
Did not honor initial estimate added over $2000 plus in charges. Do not have a consistent work schedule. Did not advise of additional wood used added charges at the last invoice. Would not recommend them to anybody.
