Great Experience I am a full time mom and I have been going to see Dr. Ouick at Del Amo Optometry since I was a little girl. She is so helpful and explains everything very thoroughly in terms I can understand. I feel so comfortable there. Everyone is so nice. I also love the fact it is affordable, since I don't have insurance.
Bad customer service I, personally, will not come back here. The optometrist that saw me was great. But there was another guy there working behind the counter who had a very patronizing attitude, and wasn't clear about explaining prices. He kept pressuring me without clearly explaining their policies. It was just a negative experience.
Best Optometry Office I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is friendly, the doctors are informative and patient, and the environment is welcoming. I will come back for years to come, and I will also encourage my friends and family to come to this office! I was extremely pleased with my glasses and I receive many compliments!
Terrible Customer Service I went in to get a prescription back in September 2011, four months later, I still havenât been able to get it from them. Itâs a long story of frustration so Iâll leave out the details. The only good experience I had is with the optometrist who was very kind and accommodating. The receptionists, however, were rude, talked over me and blamed me for the delay in my order, which they never submitted in the first place.
