Poor communication. Didnt show up: Booked them to unblock a drain the evening before. They said they would arrive next day. Called up next morning to check ETA, they said before 12:00. At 12.15 they hadnt arrived, stopped answering the phone. Still couldnt get hold of them at 13:00, they never arrived. In the end I had to use someone else
