Very happy with the service - staff were friendly and professional, provided excellent advice and the procedure was very quick and painless for me. I was lucky enough to secure a last minute, same day appointment through their easy to use online booking tool. Highly recommended, will certainly return should the need arise again!

After a month of discomfort and intermittently losing my hearing due to the obvious movement of ear wax, I completely lost my hearing on one side last weekend. I endured 3 days of hell. A quick GOOGLE search on Monday pointed me to DEESIDE EAR CARE and thankfully a next day appointment had my hearing back to normal with a visit to Bucksburn. Don't delay like me, just book an appointment and benefit from their ultra professional and friendly service!
I honestly cannot thank the team here enough. Went in for a standard ear wax removal only to find out a backing of an earring had been stuck there for about four weeks. Took a bit more time to get it out, but thanks to both of them they managed and saved me a trip to the hospital. Still in disbelief because I didn’t even know it was there. Also managed to unblock my ears of wax, and I can hear better than I’ve been able to hear in a long while. Team really went above and beyond. Thank you so much:)
Mark was extremely patient, explained the whole procedure and the experience was even enjoyable at times when I heard/felt the wax being sucked out of my ears. Will definitely use the service again if I need to.
