From the start, everything was great. I was shopping from out of town and my salesperson (Matt) was very informative and responsive. He sent everything I asked for and even showed concern as we were traveling to Iowa. He met us in the cold, as we pulled up (on his day off). He was very informative as we test drove and Terry, the finance manager made the transaction so smooth. All I had to do was sit there and watch them work their magic.
