Encounter with the dealer was totally disappointing. Took the car at 8am, got a call at 1:30 saying “Your car is ready to be picked up, would be $100”. My wife says “Okay, great”. And proceed to give our credit card, afterwards she asked “So what was the problem?” And at that time based on whatever the lady was reading my wife realized the car was NOT fixed. I had the pleasure of working with Vince Saldana in purchasing my beautiful 2020 Dodge Challenger. Communication is so important to me and he was right on the ball every time I had a question. I traveled over 4 hours to pick up the car and he even went so far as to text me around the time I would arrive home to make sure we arrived safe and sound. If you want to deal with a highly knowledgeable and sincerely friendly salesman, I highly recommend working with Vince!
Vince was very easy going and fun to work with. He and the entire Deery team made shopping for our daughter’s first car very easy. We will look here again in the future when we need a new vehicle.
I had a great experience! I went in very upset with my old car and scooter helped me greatly get a new vehicle last January! Scooter continues to go out of his way to make my life easier there and am beyond thankful I chose them!
