Laith was a good salesman, but we had to wait over an hour for the finance person to see me. Once I finally got in his office, I found him to be just another sleazy con artist. We were tired from being there for hours and just wanted to get things done and get home, and got taken advantage of because of that. I bought a supposed certified used vehicle, so I thought the the warranty information he quickly mentioned was because of it being a newer, certified vehicle.
