I traded in and purchased a vehicle on February 19th 2019. To date my bank has not yet recieved the money for the trade in. I was told payment was sent Feb 27th. There's almost $25,000 unaccounted for.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a minivan from Deery Brothers in Iowa City. Our sales representative was able to show us a vehicle that fit ourvneeds very quickly. He was very organized, knowledgeable, and patient. I got the impression that he was more interested in meeting our needs as consumers rather than simply trying to make a sale. I hadn’t had as positive and productive of an experience at other dealerships. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle!

I seriously don't know what I would do without Jerry Ackerman. He makes my life so much easier and car buying a breeze. Just over a couple of purchases, we have met an outstanding guy, we now call one of our friends. I highly recommend Deery Brothers, Jerry Ackerman, and the whole crew.
I bought a used suv from them last year, had nothing but problems with the vehicle since then and when I tried to get it fixed under my dealers warranty they couldn’t find the issue to fix the issue, even though I showed them the service light, it has made a terrible noise as well when I try to go into first gear which they also said they didn’t notice when I tried to take it to be fixed while under warranty.. now it’s completely not working and of course it all falls on me. After spending 3 hours at another dealership with out being able to get what we wanted, I made a call to Deery Brothers and spoke with Trent, he told us to stop in. We stopped in one hour before closing, Trent went above and beyond to help us. With in that hour Jerry A had us approved and we were headed back home with our new Dodge Journey! Thank you Trent and Jerry for a wonderful experience !
