Service department is terrible, they never fix it right the first time. I took my car in a few weeks ago and I am still experiencing road noise. The soonest they can get me back in is Jan 7th which is 10 days away. When I questioned that, since they didn’t fix it right the first time he said “you should have brought it back sooner”. You’re right, it’s my fault you guys didn’t fix it correctly the first time. RecommendedDom Castle was awesome to work with! Walked in not necessarily planning to drive a vehicle home. I knew what I wanted and had done plenty of online research and met with a couple others dealers. Told him what I wanted and where price needed to be. He was down to earth, straight forward, worked with me on price and off I went with my new Jeep! Dom went above and beyond by staying after closing time to get me in my new vehicle and on my way. My son bought a 2011 Cadillac CTS in November. It came with a 6 month/. 6000 mile warranty. Two weeks after the purchase, the check engine light came on. Gabriel, the salesperson, was contacted and my son was told to take it to AutoZone for diagnosis. The diagnostics were done and the codes were given to Deery. My son was told that was an emissions problem and not covered by the warranty. So they sold him a car, and did not stand behind it after having the car only 2 weeks. They do not do inspections. When they tell you they do, they are a) lying or b) someone extremely incompetent did it. Buyer beware
Had the brakes fixed & they ar fine now.
The were professional, helpful, and finished the job so I was on my way. Nice waiting area, too.
I recommend them because they are fast efficient and polite to all their customers.
