Took my vehicle in for service. We had a leak. They advised me to contact Safelite to replace my perfectly good windshield, charged me the service diagnostic fee & sent me on my way. Safelite replaced my windshield for $356, the next day it rained & the floorboards of my vehicle filled up w/ water again. Took it back to Deery & they tried to tell me I had a new leak. Our salesman Cody was absolutely kind and found us a Jeep in our price range. This vehicle is awesome! The buying process was easy and quick! Purchased used car and was satisfied with service received. The service was without pressure but helpful in answering our questions. One negative was about earnest money which I was told a credit card offered would be held but it was processed immediately.

The service staff was rather busy so it took a couple hours for my car to be done but I did enjoy the nice touch of the little bag of candy left in my console. My kids loved it. It’s the little things like a wash, a light vacuuming, and even a little bag of sweets :) Plus I haven’t gotten hasseled to sell my vehicle!
